Water service is provided to properties within the Village. If you have questions about service to your address, shutoff locations, or a suspected leak, contact the Village Office.
Sewer service
Sewer service includes collection and conveyance of wastewater. If you experience a backup or notice a persistent odor near a manhole, report it as soon as possible.

Call the Village Office at 716-897-1560. If there is immediate danger (traffic hazard, electrical risk, or injury), call 911 first.
What should I do if my basement drain backs up?
Stop using water in the home if possible and call the Village Office. If there is a health or safety concern, contact a licensed plumber as well.
How do I report a sewer odor or a problem near a manhole?
Report the location and what youโre noticing to the Village Office. Please avoid opening or disturbing any covers.
How can I update my mailing address or account information?
Contact the Village Office during business hours (MonโFri 8:30 am โ 4:00 pm) to request an update.
What if my water pressure is low?
Check if the issue is only at one fixture (aerator or valve) or throughout the home. If itโs widespread or sudden, call the Village Office.
How do I prevent frozen pipes in winter?
Keep indoor temperatures consistent, seal drafts near plumbing, and let faucets drip during extreme cold if recommended. If a pipe freezes or bursts, shut off water if safe and call for help.
